During the design phase, our team provided drawings, consultation, and administrative services. In addition to project management and site supervision during construction, Jackson Builders also self-performed several trades including steel erection, metal framing, and installation of doors and shop equipment.

Jackson Builders constructed two turnkey automotive dealerships for the Sport Durst Automotive Group in the Goldsboro AutoPark. The projects ranged in size from 19,250 SF for the Mazda Dealership to 19,900 SF for the VW Dealership.

Each dealership included a state-of-the-art showroom, high-end finishes, administrative areas, and a state-of-the-art maintenance/service shop.
Services Performed as a Builder
Jackson Builders secured both projects as the lowest bidder in a selective, invitation-only process using owner-provided plans. Beyond comprehensive project management and on-site supervision, the team consistently offered value-engineering solutions throughout construction. Jackson Builders also managed sitework, electrical, and mechanical trades directly. Both dealerships were constructed simultaneously, with only a few weeks between their completions. Despite managing two distinct sets of drawings, specifications, and dealer contacts, Jackson Builders delivered each project on schedule and within budget.
