RECO US is a manufacturing company that supplies dishwasher baskets for several name-brand appliance companies.

The project was a design-build concept in which Smith Engineering and Design and Jackson Builders teamed with RECO to design and install a complete 196,000 SF conventional steel manufacturing facility.

The exterior walls were constructed with tilt concrete and insulated metal panels. The facility is fully conditioned and includes structured cabling, security and access controls, a 2-story office area, shipping and receiving loading docks. The thoughtful design and construction support fully automated production paint and manufacturing lines.

The contract on this project was signed mid-November of 2021, permit issued January of 2022, and client was in production in October of 2022.  Work remaining is limited to plant air conditioning and elevator installation.
